Job Summary
The Principal Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, system stability, and operational excellence across our Client’s customer-facing environments. This role bridges the gap between customer success, product delivery, and infrastructure teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on operational support.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define deployment requirements and assess contract impacts related to infrastructure and application delivery.

Conduct technical reviews of server configurations and environments to develop infrastructure estimates and ensure onboarding readiness.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production environments to uphold high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate and recommend third-party monitoring tools and operational best practices to improve incident management and visibility.

Coordinate cross-functional communications across customer operations, delivery, and product teams to align operational activities with business priorities.

Lead operational readiness reviews for major events including go-lives, infrastructure migrations, and customized deployments.

Contribute to scoping and estimation for application enhancements, support tickets, and remediation initiatives.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of production systems, monitoring tools, and support workflows to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations, infrastructure, or DevOps within a SaaS or technology-driven environment

Proven experience in managing customer-facing production systems and ensuring operational excellence

Strong understanding of system monitoring tools, server configurations, and infrastructure estimation

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment and drive continuous improvement

Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Project Manager – SEO & Digital Initiatives
Job Summary
As Project Manager for SEO & Digital Initiatives, you will serve as the execution lead for SEO-related projects while managing cross-functional resources to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and web initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight, process refinement, and subject matter expertise in SEO and digital operations. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and external partners to ensure our digital presence supports business goals and adheres to best practices in search optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the execution lead for all SEO implementation projects across corporate and product websites.

Manage and coordinate staff and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in support of customer-facing contracts and internal marketing goals.

Review and refine SEO and PPC operational processes for increased efficiency, alignment, and performance.

Support Client’s marketing team in corporate website upgrades, including content enhancements, UX improvements, and technical SEO integrations.

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SEO compliance during new website development projects, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices during design, build, and launch phases.
Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in SEO, digital marketing, or web development projects.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate external vendors to meet business goals.

Deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and technical on-page optimization.

Experience overseeing digital marketing operations, including PPC campaign workflows and process improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create Test Scripts / API's for Web based Applications related to various parts of application or projects.

Identifying fields in Bug reports and raising defects/ solving them related to Web Applications based on Java or .Net

Defining Manual testing strategies and quality control on Web based Applications.

Implementing Software testing life cycle, writing test suites and doing smoke testing.

Implement quality assurance and quality control in testing and Creating scripts for Automated testing. Doing Azure/AWS Testing related to CI /CD Pipeline.

Hands-on experience with both proprietary and open-source automation tooling e.g., QTP/UFT, Selenium Webdriver.io and Cypress.

Able to maintain C#, JavaScript, and VB code.
